Does a quote cost anything?
No. Requesting a quote is free and commits you to nothing. You pay only once you agree to the price.
How do I receive the quote?
By email, and if you like also as a PDF to forward.
My part is broken. Can it be recreated?
Often, yes. It is measured and redrawn in CAD. Photos with a few measurements are enough. You can also post the part or drop it off.
Which files can I send?
An STL, 3MF, OBJ or STEP file. Upload it in the quote form: the 3D view shows the dimensions straight away.
Which material suits outdoor, heat or flexible use?
ASA or PETG for outdoors, ASA or ABS for heat and TPU for flexible parts. PLA is for indoor use. The values are in the materials comparison.
I do not have a 3D file. Can the design be made too?
Yes. Based on a sketch, photo or a few measurements, your idea is worked out in CAD into a print-ready design.
