[03] Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can I have a single prototype printed first?
Yes. A single prototype shows whether the shape and fit are right before the batch follows.
How is the price of a batch determined?
By the design work, the material, the print time per piece and the quantity. The quote states the price per piece. The quote is free and you pay only after you approve.
Can I pay by invoice? And what about confidentiality?
Yes, you can pay by invoice. Confidentiality (an NDA) is possible on request. Client designs are not published online without permission, and a design made to order belongs to the client.
Can a logo or text be added?
Yes, a logo or text can be included in the design.
Can a batch be made in several colours?
Yes. State the split, for example 100 red and 200 blue.
Can I give a preferred delivery date?
Yes. In the quote form, open "Business or deadline?" to enter your company name and a preferred delivery date. You will then hear whether it is feasible.
