Frequently asked questions

How is the price determined?

By the material, the print time per piece and the quantity. The quote states the price per piece. The quote is free and you pay only after you approve.

How large can it be?

Up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm in one piece. Larger is possible in sections, by arrangement.

Which file formats can I send?

STL, 3MF, OBJ and STEP. You upload them in the quote form.

Is my file checked?

Yes, before printing. If something will not work, you will hear about it beforehand.

Does my design remain mine?

Your design remains yours. Confidentiality (NDA) on request.

Can it be printed in more than one colour?

Yes, including several colours in one print. State the colours with your file in the quote form.

What if my file is too large to upload?

Then paste a link to the file in the form.

My file has errors. Is that a problem?

Small errors, such as a hole in the model, are fixed free of charge where possible. If that is not possible, you will hear about it.

What is not possible?

Printing is done with FDM: layer by layer with filament. Not suitable for food contact and not for toys.

What happens to my file?

It is used only for your quote and the order. Online, your request and files are deleted automatically after 90 days. See the privacy statement.
